1. In 52 AD there were no Brahmins in Kerala. Brahmins first arrived in Kerala in 8th century AD as Namboothiris from the North. At that time Kerala was mostly Jains, Buddhists and a mix of animistic religions.
2. Vatican publications have twice researched and published that St. Thomas was never in Kerala.
This is not meant to be critical but just stating facts per experts in their respective fields.

A statement "there was no Brahmin in Kerala in AD 52" shall contradict the Indian history. Vatican came into existance much after AD 52, we were Christians before them/Rome. If Vatican says St Thomas never was in India it is to discriminate original Christians in India and is afraid to say Vatican arrived Malankara much later only. If not St Thomas who was then and how Christians in Travancore since 52 AD. |
